With Start, setup is free. With Complete you pay a one-off €500 for connecting Facebook and Instagram and fine-tuning the tone of voice. With Growth we agree a fixed price up front, from €1,000, depending on your calendar and CRM integrations.

Q: Are there any usage costs on top?

Every plan includes AI usage worth 10% of the monthly price: € 5.90 on Start, € 12.50 on Complete and € 29.50 on Growth, at cost. If you go above it, for instance because your agent looks a lot up in your shop, we bill the difference afterwards at cost plus 20%. If that comes to less than € 10, we charge nothing. Your agent always keeps talking, and you see your usage live in your dashboard.

That is what the free trial version is for: within 48 hours we train a trial version on your website, which you test yourself. Only then do you decide — free and without obligation.

Q: I have several webshops or brands. How does that work?

The same shop at another address, for instance a Belgian or German version with the same range, is an extra domain and costs nothing extra up to the number of domains in your plan. A different shop with its own range and its own terms needs its own AI employee with its own knowledge base: €59 per month. Beyond two employees we make a custom proposal.

Q: Is the Shopify integration included in the price?

The integration itself is in Growth (€295), together with lead follow-up, calendar and CRM. It is ready-made: no custom build and no separate quote, you create an app in your Shopify admin yourself with read-only access. Setting it up is part of the Growth setup, for which we agree a fixed price up front from €1,000, depending on the size of your catalogue. Other e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Lightspeed, Magento or your own order system we quote separately.
