Personal data never leaves your browser
BSN, IBAN, names and addresses are replaced by anonymous tokens before transmission (e.g. {{KOPER_BSN}}). The AI never receives real personal data — only the tokens.
A dedicated environment per office
Every notary office gets a fully isolated Cloudflare Worker and its own Azure tenant. No shared databases, no shared processing. Your data never touches that of another office.
Zero-knowledge for Visstick
We technically have no access to your client data. We see no names, no BSN numbers, no deed content. You are and remain the data controller under the GDPR.
Passwordless login
Access via a one-time verification code sent by email. No passwords that can be leaked. Every session expires automatically after 8 hours. You decide which staff members get access.
Data in the Netherlands & Europe
All processing takes place on European servers. Cloudflare EU region, Microsoft Azure Netherlands North. No data outside the EEA. Compliant with Schrems II.
