Deliverables

What you concretely get.

AI Readiness & Strategy

An honest picture of where the organisation stands and a concrete roadmap towards AI that actually works. Including prioritisation on ROI and feasibility — without a sales agenda.

Use-case Prioritisation

All opportunities ranked on ROI, feasibility and strategic fit. So your budget and time go to what truly makes an impact.

Interim AI lead

Full-time or part-time in-house as the person responsible for AI — strategy and execution. Suitable for organisations that don't have permanent AI expertise in-house but do need it.

Approach

Three steps to a clear plan.

  1. 1
    Assessment

Mapping out processes, data and goals. I talk to the right people in your organisation and combine that with a technical analysis of your current stack.

  2. 2
    Ranking opportunities on ROI

Every idea gets an honest weighing: how much does it return, how fast, how feasible? I'm direct about what doesn't work — that's precisely the value of an outside opinion.

  3. 3
Concrete plan with timeline + KPIs

Not a PowerPoint exercise — a working document you can execute straight away. With owners, milestones and measurable objectives.

Who it's for

Does this sound like you?

  • You have a larger organisation (50+ employees) with a more complex AI challenge than a standard SME project.
  • You want to build custom agents — integrated into existing systems — and are looking for someone who does it themselves, rather than outsourcing it.
  • You're looking for an interim AI lead who combines strategy and execution — without the overhead of an agency.
Frequently asked questions

Answers to your questions.

How long does a strategy project take?
Depending on the scope: a compact AI Readiness + prioritisation takes me 2–3 weeks. A full strategy project including roadmap and business case takes 4–6 weeks on average. We align this with your deadline in advance.
Do you also help with delivery after the strategy?
Yes — that's exactly where my added value lies. I think strategically and build it myself. After the strategy I can move straight on to implementation or development, so there's no handover loss.
What do you need from our side to get started?
A few conversations with the right people (operations, IT, management), access to process descriptions if they exist, and openness. I structure the rest. No extensive preparation needed — that's my job.
