Get your team truly on board with AI.

Training sessions, on-site drop-in hours and training-on-the-job. Not a one-day session that no one keeps up with — but practical guidance that fits what you do every day.

Deliverables

What you concretely get.

AI Prompting & Workflows

Your team doesn't just learn to write prompts — they learn how to build AI into their daily work. Concrete workflows custom-fit to the roles and tasks within your organisation.

Tooling Onboarding

From ChatGPT to specialised AI tools — I select what genuinely works for your context and make sure your team can get started with it right away. No tool graveyard.

Long-term Coaching

Follow-up sessions, a Q&A channel and regular check-ins. So new insights actually stick and your team knows what to do when new AI tools come along.

How it works

Learning based on your own work.

  1. 1
    Baseline assessment

Which tools and skills are already in place? I start with a brief inventory so the training fits what the team already knows — no step back to the basics for people who are already further along.

  2. 2
    Custom sessions

Practical cases from your own work. No generic examples about hotels or restaurants — we work with the situations you run into every day. Hands-on, immediately applicable.

  3. 3
    Follow-up coaching

Answering questions and introducing new tools when relevant. I stay available — not as an occasional trainer, but as the AI expert who knows the team.

Who it's for

Does this sound familiar?

  • Your team has access to ChatGPT or Copilot, but in practice almost no one actually uses it.
  • You want your team to be able to handle AI on their own down the line — no ongoing dependence on a consultant or trainer.
  • You're looking for someone who genuinely wants to walk alongside you — not someone who drops in for an afternoon and then disappears.
Frequently asked questions

Answers to your questions.

How large can the group be?
I prefer to work with groups of 4–12 people so the sessions stay interactive. For larger organisations we split into smaller groups by role or level. Individual coaching is also possible for key roles.
How long does a training programme take?
A basic programme consists of 3–5 sessions of 2 hours, spread over 4–6 weeks. After that, optional monthly follow-up coaching. I adjust the duration to the team's learning curve — no fixed modules we work through without checking whether it actually sticks.
What do participants need?
A laptop and an open mind. No technical background required — I start wherever the team is right now. ChatGPT Plus or similar paid accounts are handy but not required for the first sessions.
